When we were introduced to NOVO Engineering in mid-2018, our product development was in a state of total chaos. For several years, we had been trying - and failing - to design and engineer a new product to launch our business with, and we churned through three engineering firms in the process. In mid-2018, after 3+ years of work, we were introduced to NOVO Engineering. When we arrived at NOVO, we had a product that not only did not work as intended, it was extremely unclear as to why it didn’t work and what components and sub-assemblies needed to be fixed. Our documentation and drawings were a mess, and serious root cause analysis and systems engineering were needed. Now, just a year later, we have a final prototype and have made purchase orders for inventory to launch into market with. This has been nothing short of extraordinary progress.

NOVO was able to find the root causes, redesign problematic areas, get the product working at a level that was well beyond our minimally viable specification, and cleaned up our documentation so that we could move into production.
